Our engagement model has been kept very simple, transparent and linked directly to deliverables. Never ever during our engagement period you will feel that we are acting like a 3rd party who are motivated by their fee. We will become part of your team, participate in decision making process, if required, and our source of motivation will be deliverables only. How do we apply our different solutions to your specific needs (different business cycle /phases), a graphical representation of it is given below to highlight how our solutions are positioned.
Our solutions are designed specifically to match your specific business phase your business is passing through. May it be reaching to new heights, restoring the past glory, continuing with the momentum, bounce back or build again. Once we identify the right solution matching your business phase, you may be wondering how we determine our pricing (fee) to complete our engagement formalities. We have kept our pricing very simple and easy to calculate so that there are no variations from client to client and doubt does not creep in your mind. We normally deliver as per the timeline agreed. We have kept our 3Ps – Product, Pricing and Performance keeping in mind your business requirement, your comfort & assurance and your benefits in mind. There are 5 phases involved in our delivery –
1. Interaction (incl. brainstorming and questionnaire)
2. Action (from your team)
3. Action (from our side)
4. Discussion and Decision Making
5. Implementation and Results
Once both the parties terms are mutually agreed upon, we proceed with Signing of the Engagement Letter (including our General Terms and Conditions) and NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement). THAT’S IT.
